NHG signed agreement with FPT Software to co-implement ERP Dynamics 365 On Cloud system

In the morning of November 3rd, 2017 at NHG office, Nguyen Hoang Group signed a cooperation agreement with FPT Software to deploy ERP Dynamics 365 on Microsoft's cloud computing platform.

This is the key IT project of NHG in period 2017-2018, following the memorandum of understanding between the NHG and the Microsoft Corporation signed in June 2017, to equip a persistent resource management/planning system (ERP) for the whole Group.

Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 On Cloud will help NHG’s IT infrastructure catch up with the trend and reach the best practices in order to automate the entire workflow within the Group. Furthermore, it will help NHG’s leaders timely update the data and have the overall insights across the system, from which decisions are made timely and effectively.

In addition, the deployment of ERP project will help users to streamline processes and procedures, towards a modern and superior E-Office in the future.

The project is divided into two phases:

Phase 1: Implementation of modules related to Finance and Accounting, expected to last 8 months (go-live before 30/06/2018)
Phase 2: Implement HR-Payroll, Loan Management and CRM modules, expected to last 6 months (go-live before 31/12/2018

Highly emphasizing the importance of applying of the latest technology platform to optimize the efficiency of employees, management activities and improve the quality of services, Nguyen Hoang Group will continue to integrate Front-End solutions such as Education Management, Student Management, Restaurant Management ... into the Dynamics 365 system so that to make the whole Group use only one unified solution to the whole business.
