NHG to donate 20 computers to Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Special Needs in Quang Ngai Province

In the morning of March 20th, Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) donated 20 computers worth over 200 million Vietnam Dong to Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Special Needs in Phu Vinh Tay Village, Cho Chua Town, Nghia Hanh District, Quang Ngai Province with the express purpose of offering the children access to information technology and paving a way for their intellectual development.

Vo Hong Son Center for Children with Special Needs was co-founded by Mr. Vo Hong Son - a late journalist and former chief editor of Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspapers who was born in the town and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, standing member of Central Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Officially put under operation in August 2015, the center now has 20 teachers and employees, bringing up 131 disabled children in difficult circumstances in Quang Ngai. Besides offering them education from primary to upper secondary, it also teaches them various skills such as sewing, embroidery, flower making, informatics, photoshop…

That Nguyen Hoang Group donated 20 computers has helped equip the center, creating favorable conditions for it to run sustainably and for those children to access information technology and develop intellectually.
