NHG is the first member from Vietnam of the American Council of Education (ACE)

Recently, Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) has officially become the first Vietnamese member of the American Council of Education (ACE).

The information is announced on ACE’s official website, standing along with 1,700 members, including top prestigious schools and education organizations from America such as: Harvard, Stanford, UPenn, etc. and from other countries like: Canada; Australia; England; Hong Kong; China; Japan; Korea; etc.

Founded in 1918, ACE is the leading organization connecting US higher education institutions and is the only organization representing all types of US educational institutions that are accredited and certified, reputable and influencing educational policies in the United States that many countries are referring to.

In the coming time, as an official member, NHG plans to study updated data from ACE, participates in experience exchanging between experts and leaders in this international network, such as: leadership training programs, principal meetings, annual education conferences, etc.

*Could you tell us about the American Council of Education (ACE) and the goals of NHG’s participation?

Dr. Tran Xuan Thao: Founded in 1918, ACE is a reputable education organization for educational issues, influencing educational policies in the US, to which many countries around the world are referring.

As a whole-hearted group for education and carrying the orientation of training a generation of global students, we look forward to cooperating with prestigious and dedicated education individuals and organizations around the world. It is a strategic move for NHG.

*Hence, what are the advantages when NHG joins ACE?

Dr. Tran Xuan Thao: As the first member from Vietnam to join the US education network, NHG wishes to approach the world’s leading thinking of developing education systems to continue improving the educational quality of its system, as well as open up long-term strategic cooperation with reputable international partners.

In particular, NHG will be involved in periodic activities and meetings to exchange experiences, ideas in education, educational management that are of interest to international systems or communities. Since then, we can catch up with global development trends for the improvement of education quality in the NHG system and the national private education.

*Could you please share about the approval process of becoming an ACE member for NHG?

Dr. Tran Xuan Thao: In order to join ACE as an international member (outside of the US territory), NHG must fulfill all requirements of a legal education organization, which has open vision and mission and great influence on domestic education. Above all, it is the NHG leadership team who has wide vision and pioneering movements to look for opportunities to reach out to the world.

*With the benefits gained from joining ACE, what are the next steps of NHG?

Dr. Tran Xuan Thao: In the coming time, NHG will conduct research on the source of valuable educational data that ACE opens for its members and continuously participate in professional experiences and leadership experiences exchange, such as: leadership training sessions; principal meetings; annual education conference; etc.

By that way, NHG can introduce Vietnamese private education and approach potential partners, who are willing to cooperate to open up common development opportunities for and advanced, modern and global education.
