NHG students bring spring warmth to nursing homes and shelters

Following the journey of sharing love, on January 15th and 16th, the charity journey of Nguyen Hoang Group and sponsors after the music night "Christmas Gifts 2020 - Light of Love" has arrived to Thanh Binh nursing home (Thanh Binh commune, Cho Gao district, Tien Giang province) and Suoi Tien nursing home (Cay Gao - Trang Bom district - Dong Nai province) - where nurturing and taking care of the elderly.

Accompanying with this charity journey are Dr. Do Manh Cuong - Deputy CEO of Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG), Ms. Tran Thuy Tram Quyen - Director of Marketing & Communications Department, Representatives of Sponsors - Hudson Global Scholars (Partner implementing American Baccalaureate program of Providence Country Day - Vietnam Campus), representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers - PwC Vietnam and staff, students in Nguyen Hoang System.

BRepresentative of the organizers of the music night "Christmas gifts 2020" awarded 100 million VND to Thanh Binh Nursing Home

At the visit, NHG volunteer group donated 100 million VND to Thanh Binh Nursing Home and 150 million VND to Suoi Tien Nursing Home. Before that, the delegation also visited and donated 150 million VND to Thien Than Children Shelter (Dong Hai hamlet, Tan Hai commune, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau). After the first 3 trips, NHG volunteer group has donated 400 million VND and nearly 1,000 gifts including food, nutritious drinks, etc., to the shelters and nursing homes. The amount of money and essentials in the charity fund of more than 1.7 billion VND was contributed by donors in the concert "Christmas gifts 2020 - Light of love".

Speaking during the visit at Suoi Tien Nursing Home, Dr. Do Manh Cuong shared: “Although it is a small-scale event, this charity trip is a gift from all students and staff of Nguyen Hoang as well as the sponsors of the Christmas Gifts music night to join hands and send to nursing home, to share more love and bring more joy to the elderly.”

The gifts sent during the trips are also the efforts of thousands of people who have supported and bought tickets to attend the music night "Christmas Gifts 2020 - Light of Love", as an encouragement to the elderly during Tet holiday.
