After listening to the report and discussing, Ms. Hoang Thi Hoa commented: “It can be seen that all of the innovations in thinking about education are reflected in NHG”. Ms. Hoa also shared about the important role of private education in some advanced countries Japan; US; UK; etc.

“In my oppinion, NHG seems to be very interested in the culture of their system because the nature of education is how the teacher will teach such students. If we want to have independent students, we must have independent teachers first. In every upcoming law, two public - private definitions must be considered equally and indiscriminately in order to improve the quality of our education. The law is changing and it will open a legal corridor to develop Vietnam's education system to become better”, said Phan Thanh Binh.
