More than 4,000 Nha Trang students participated in 2019 admissions information day

On the morning of March 31^th, at Ly Tu Trong high school (Nha Trang city), more than 4,000 high school students attended the 2019 admissions information day organized by the university affair of Nguyen Hoang Group in collaboration with Khanh Hoa DoET.

The event was organized by 4 universities under Nguyen Hoang Group, including: Hong Bang International University (HIU); Hoa Sen University (HSU); Ba Ria - Vung Tau University (BVU) and Gia Dinh University (GDU); iStudent in collaboration with DoET of Khanh Hoa province.

In order to provide useful information on: enrollments; admission requirements; university entrance ways; training disciplines; choosing the right major and university to learn, the festival introduces these information, some careers that can be “hot” in the future, helping students prepare the necessary knowledge.

Besides, the board of organizers awarded  scholarships with a total value of 14 million VND to 14 students who overcame difficulties to study well. The event helped high school students in the Central coastal region have more knowledge to choose a suitable major depending on their competence and passion.

In addition, students were consulted to choose major and university by representatives of universities, visited consulting booths to meet head lecturers and ask more about the details.

Assiociate professor, Dr. Ho Thanh Phong - President of Hong Bang International University introduced the training disciplines, enrollment ways as well as scholarship information. At HIU consulting booth, more than 1,000 questions were asked for consultants who are the top lecturers working at HIU. The questions mainly focus on some "hot" majors that HIU are training such as: dentistry; pharmacy; law; logistics, fashion design and language majors. Furthermore, HIU spend 20 billion VND for nurture talents with special scholarship program in this academic year.

Assiociate professor, Dr. Ho Thanh Phong strongly affirmed the internationalization strategy of Nguyen Hoang Group and supposed that students should learn in an international environment.
