In the Human educational philosophy – 5H (Heart - Head - Hand - Health - Human), Heart is chosen to be the first value because when it comes to education, we must start with love. At the 21st anniversary ceremony, representing NHG’s Board of Directors, Dr. Do Manh Cuong, Deputy CEO of NHG, warmly shared that: “In each of us, there are always necessary conditions in becoming a true server. We just need to love each other, respect each other, listen to each other, be patient with each other, care and help each other; if we need to correct each other's mistakes, do it in a gentle, sincere and persistent way. If we persistently keep up the identity of "Serving in Love" with such spirit and attitude, surely our students will "Grow in Love". Thus, we could happily step on the pathway to the educational mission that we have chosen".

Thousand hearts with the same love

However, this reason did not stop thousands of NHGers’ hearts across the country from watching the ceremony together, looking back on the time they have devoted and dedicated to the mission of "serving in love”. The event was broadcasted online (livestream) on the Group's media channels with the participation of artists, parents and students who always accompany with support NHG such as Phi Nhung, Ung Dai Ve, Han Sara, Ho Van Cuong, Hoang Anh Doremon, Tan Bao, etc., with all the staff, teachers, students in the NHG family.

NHG kicked off with its most meaningful event of the year, “NHGer's Story” contest, where NHGers shared their memorable stories whilst working at the Group and “Let's Celebrate” contest, an opportunity for NHGers to show their creativity in making videos. After nearly a month of launching, despite being apart, NHG's hearts always aspire to express their enthusiasm for education, which is clearly shown through the creative and unique contest entries. In particular, the special prize of "NHGer's Story" contest went to Mr. Nguyen Phai, Hong Bang International University, with a video of his volunteer trip to bring the spring of love to a nursing home during Tet holiday. In addition, with the exciting and explosive atmosphere in the flash mob dance video, UKA Ha Long's teachers and staff also won first prize in the “Let's Celebrate” contest.

Every year, Nguyen Hoang's birthday is considered an occasion for all employees in the whole system to gather around and together look back on last year. The difference in this 21st birthday is that, although NHGers cannot gather  in Ho Chi Minh City as usual, all members of NHG’s family were still sharing the same spirit.
