NHG and 20 years of spreading knowledge
The date of August 24th, 2019 marked the 20th anniversary of establishment and development of Nguyen Hoang Group (1999-2019) with the mission of spreading knowledge aspiration. While private education in Vietnam is in progressing and advancing, NHG is a pioneer with its comprehensive and superior educational ecosystem, affirming leading position in the journey of globalization and Humane education philosophy.
The 2018-2019 summary program and 20th anniversary of NHG (1999-2019) took place on August 24th with the participation of more than 3,000 national and foreign employees, guests and partners, as well as parents and students of NHG, who are also famous artists, businessmen, etc.
Nurturing the young dreams
According to the 2018-2019 summary report, Ms. Hoang Nguyen Thu Thao, CEO of NHG said: "the education system of NHG is currently teaching and training nearly 65,000 students, in which 78% are university students, 22% are K-12 students, who are present throughout 18 provinces, cities in 50 campuses nationwide".
In particular, NHG has a team of 4,000 high-ranking intellectuals, of which 55% are bachelors level, 30% are masters level, 12% are doctors of philosophy, and 3% are associate professors
In 2018-2019 academic year, NHG has 5 major action goals: grow the scale of Nguyen Hoang education system; deploy technology in the education system; develop and implement educational programs; organize professional training courses for officials and teachers; continue to internationalize the education system of Nguyen Hoang. All these goals have been achieved with full force and rewards.
Progressive values of knowledge
Also, in 2018-2019 academic year, NHG has streamlined and optimized the operation process, strengthened and developed the organizational structure for educational purposes. NHG established 3 councils: Academic Council; Education Quality Assurance Council and University Council to affirm the wholehearted investment and increase the academic values.
Students in NHG education system, including: Saigon Academy international kindergarten (SGA); iSchool international integration school; UK Academy international bilingual school (UKA); International Schools of North America (SNA); Gia Dinh University (GDU); Ba Ria – Vung Tau University (BVU); Hoa Sen University (HSU) and Hong Bang International University (HIU)
Typical projects of NHG in 2018-2019 academic year include: International Education City – IEC Quang Ngai; iSchool international integration school, Quang Tri campus (winning silver award for National Architecture 2018 and Green Architecture award in Asia 2018); UK Academy international bilingual school, Ha Long campus.
In the summary program of 2018-2019 academic year, NHG honored 135 individuals and 3 teams of Trust, 17 individuals of Romance; 55 individuals and 2 teams of contribution; 7 individuals and 4 teams of contribution of IEC Quang Ngai.

Mission of the age 20
In the 20-year-journey of development, NHG constantly increase its scale and values of knowledge each day. Following the action plan of 2019-2020 academic year, NHG will continue to grow the number of campuses; improve the quality of education and academic skills of teachers; complete and expand IEC system; increase international quality in schools.

Sharing about the development orientation of NHG in the coming time, Ms. Hoang Nguyen Thu Thao, CEO of NHG said: “Nguyen Hoang is determined to devote all forces and power for education; the pathway of education is the only mission that NHG chooses to serve the nation and Vietnamese people.”

“Identities of NHG people are ‘love’ and ‘serve’. It can be said to ‘serve in love’. On the foundation of love, NHG people will lead by serving, teach by serving, take care by serving, learn and collaborate for serving”, emphasized by Ms. Thao.
“NHG work in education to educate. The 3 most important words with NHG in this moment are ‘ecosystem’, ‘unconventional’ and ‘experience’. For now, the happiest of myself and board of directors is to find out our pathway – the education pathway”, shared by Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, Chairman of NHG.
In addition to the XII fiscal year summary program, lecturers – teachers and officers of NHG enjoyed colorful NHG’s Got Talent season 4, showing the talents and youthfulness of NHG staff. In the end, “Light of life” of SNA won the 1st prize; “A million dreams” of UKA Binh Thanh and “My lullaby” of HIU won the 2nd prizes; “One team – one dream” of HIU, “Let Mi tell you” of BVU and “Everyone needs a teacher” of iSchool South Saigon won the 3rd prizes.

Also in the framework of 20th anniversary, the song composing contest following topic “Trust & Romance” launched by NHG discovered many talented composers in its education system: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, SNA teacher winning 1st prize with the song “The sower of knowledge seeds”; Mr. Hoang Bac Dong, UKA teacher winning 2nd prize with the song “Proud eagle”; and the 3rd prizes belonged to “NHG hearts” of Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc, UKA teacher; “Window of dreams” of Mr. Le Thanh Duy, SNA teacher; “Way to glory” of Quoc Huy, BVU student and “The age of youth” of Trung Nguyen, SNA student.
