Another warm Mid Autumn season at NHG’s education system

Come on up, Mid Autumn season is back, give us the opportunity to exchange sweet, warm love with each other. As every year, all teachers, students, staffs of NHG's education system were happy to welcome the Mid-Autumn Festival 2017 with many meaningful activities.

Saigon Academy’s Mid Autumn of Love - Sharing with poor children

On the evening of September 30, Saigon Academy International Kindergarten School organized a mid-autumn festival for kindergarten children at Hoa Lu Stadium, No. 2 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

As an annual event held by Saigon Academy system, the Mid-Autumn Festival of this year attracted nearly 1,500 parents and children to participate. At the festival, the children played together, participated in folk games, lantern decoration, moon cake making, art painting and music performances. The children and parents also cheerfully enjoyed the food at the food court.

All of the revenue collected during the Mid-Autumn Festival was donated to help poor children.

Cross-national Mid Autumn experience at UK Academy

Students at the  Binh Thanh campus of UK Academy, in groups of Venus, Jupiter, Mercury, Mars, Saturn had a memorable Mid Autumn Festival with multi-cultural experiences of countries which have the similar Mid-Autumn Festival to which of Vietnam; China, Korea, Japan, Thailand.

Meanwhile, at the Ba Ria - Vung Tau campus, the young children jubilantly participated in performing arts, decorating the fruit trays, joining contest to make lanterns from recycled materials and lion dancing.

In addition, teachers and pupils of UKA also enthusiastically raised UKA pigs to raise up to VND 50,000,000 to help disadvantaged families in Duc Trong, Don Duong (Lam Dong) have a warm Mid-Autumn Festival.

Unforgettable Mid Autumn evenings at iSchool system

The traditional Mid-Autumn Festival of the iSchool system was held cheerfully in 10 campuses.
 

Before the festival, the kindergarten and elementary school students were taught by large class teachers and siblings to create colorful moon lights. The main festival was held on the afternoon of October 3, 2017, in Ha Tinh; while the program took place on the afternoon of October 2, 2017.

The students performed arts and enjoyed the Mid Autumn party happily together.

Mid Autumn festival at SNA – a traditional Vietnamese holiday in American standard school

Students at the International Schools of North America had a lively Mid-Autumn Festival on September 29th, with lion dance performances, breakdancing, food kiosk with a variety of dishes as well as folk games. Throughout the program, the American Baccalaureate holders-to-be i, loves, and preserves the traditional Vietnamese culture.

HIU students shared love through singing

On the evening of October 2, staffs, lecturers and students of Hong Bang International University (HIU) gathered at the Great Hall of the HIU’s Ship of Knowledge Building in the performance program "Mid-Autumn Festival" to raise funds for poor children. The show was hold by HIUZIK music club of the university.

The whole amount of VND 15 million collected after the concert will be used to buy gifts for children at Long Hoa Shelter (Phu My Ward, District 7, HCMC).

BVU brought warm feelings to the poor people

On the evening of October 2nd, "The person who brings warm" charity club of Baria-Vungtau University - BVU's students hold a warm, meaningful Mid Autumn show for poor children at Baria-Vungtau. Through the event, the club donated and gave 50 gift packages to poor children and 2 packages for two old, lonely people in Vungtau city.

The clear moonlight and the warm atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival will remain in the hearts of all the teachers, students, staff members of the NHG's member schools, reminding us to join hands in keeping these the traditional values of the nation, the love of family, teachers, friends as well as sharing joy through meaningful community activities; spreading out NHG's Human spirit.
