NHG honors teachers "serving in love"
On November 15th, in order to celebrate the 37th anniversary of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20th), Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) solemnly held the NHG's Teacher Award 2019. Participating in the ceremony, there were 500 teachers, lecturers and students who represented for 50 schools in 18 provinces, cities of NHG education system.
The ceremony is an annual activity of NHG to honor teachers, lecturers and babysitters for their tireless dedication, love and humility in the journey of “serving in love”.

Listening to our teachers
At the presentation contest, teachers and lecturers awarded the title of “golden heart” presented their stories. Especially among the jugdes there were: Dr. Le Khac Cuong, director of Social sciences and international languages, Hong Bang International University (HIU); Bui Tien Dung, head of Education department of Tuoi Tre newspaper and Hoang Thang, journalist of Thanh Nien newspaper.
With the theme of "Serving in love", board of organizers have selected the best 8 presentations from 40 articles to present at the event. In the speech to win the first prize of the contest, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nhung, lecturer of Language - Culture - Arts faculty of Ba Ria - Vung Tau University, said: "Let students feel loved to be more confident in themselves, so that they can develop their potential abilities. Love to share, love to motivate, inspire and spread knowledge. Let's love and together build a ‘happy school’ where everyone feels like they really belong”.

“All of us who have chosen to become teachers, please remember that our mission is to serve in love. If you cannot become a great teacher for everyone, then become a great teacher in the eyes of someone”, said Phan Hong Quan, a mathematics teacher at UKA Binh Thanh.

Golden heart for priceless love
To appraise and honor the teachers, 51 golden hearts - the icon of teachers' commitment to their career, representing for the inspiration of spreading knowledge endlessly, dedication and modestly services in education - has been awarded to teachers in Nguyen Hoang educational system. The badge is exquisitely crafted from 18K gold, shaping a heart placed in the middle of a book when the back engraved with the teachers’ name.
The second prize of the presentation contest belonged to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuoi, UK Academy Primary School teacher with the presentation "I love, I serve".
Besides, through the photo and video clip contest with the theme of "Serving in love", 50 teachers in the Nguyen Hoang education system shared unforgettable and valuable moments together in their daily care and teaching activities.
At the event, board of organizers awarded 16 best works meeting the content criteria such as meaning, messages, layout, colors, creative elements. There are outstanding and meaningful pictures or video clips that have received thousands of likes from the community on NHG's Facebook and Human Youtube channel.
Sincere words of gratitude
Representing the teachers in the NHG system, Mr. Wong Leong Keong, teacher of Saigon Academy International kindergarten (SGA), said: “Over the last, couple of years I see quite a number of my students go off to establish international primary schools. How the time flies when you love what you do. The school has also organised teacher’s training workshop, which helps to leverage my learning process. It provided me with the platform and opportunity to give children a marvellous start in life by providing a safe, learning and trusting environment which opens up to the unique opportunity for me as a teacher to write, draw, sketch, colour, paint and design the minds of children to influence the future world”.

Thank you for inspiring us with your great knowledge of life. And … thanks to all NHG’s teachers for choosing to be our teachers”.

Participating in the ceremony, there were 500 teachers, lecturers and students who represented for 50 schools in 18 provinces, cities of NHG education system.
NHG currently has 4,000 employees. Most of them are lecturers, teachers, senior level, including many professors, doctors and leading experts. 3% of which are professors and associate professors; 12% hold a doctorate degree; 30% have a master's degree; 55% have a bachelor degree.
