Ready for the Roof-sealing Ceremony of the IEC Quang Ngai

After nearly 5 months of construction, the Center Admin block of the “International Education City” (IEC) Quang Ngai has been roofed on schedule. Other items are under construction to complete landscapes, planting trees so that the entire project is going to be topped on September 30^th.

IEC Quang Ngai was built on an area of nearly 10 ha in Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai City with the total capital investment of more than 1,000 billion, was planned and designed by the world-class architecture company - B + H Studio (Canada).

Construction on schedule

IEC Quang Ngai is the first comprehensive international education complex in Vietnam, covering all segments of education including international integration, international bilingual, completely international, including: The International Kindergarten Saigon Academy (SGA), The International Integration Education iSchool, The International Bilingual School UK Academy (UKA), The International School of North America (SNA)…

In the project's landscapes infrastructures, the foundation and 1^st floor’s spandrel beam of SGA, iSchool, UKA, SNA blocks have been completed 100%. In particular, construction works of SNA block have been completed 100% of the 1^st floor and made concrete of the 2^nd floor. The construction progress of the ground beam of the SGA and iSchool blocks are 100% completed. The sewerage is also 90% completed. Especially, the Center Admin block has been roofed on August 18^th and is expected to hand-over on October 30^th, preparing for the admissions activities

Thus, with the high speed of construction, IEC Quang Ngai will be completed in the late December as committed.

The green ground covers 76%

With a green ground covering of 76%, the planting of trees on two-thirds of the project area is underway. Based on criteria consistent with the landscape and colors throughout the year, many beautiful plants have been selected by the investors to plant in the early September 2018, such as: French Roystonea regia, Juniperus chinensis, Tabebuia rosea, Washingtonia robusta, Tabebuia aurea, Dalbergia odorifera, Laurus nobilis …

For next steps, other items such as sports hall, central kitchen, swimming pool, Van Xuong tower, traffic road, parking lot, rain drainage system, fence, football pitches, tennis courts, golf courses... will be completed to ensure the standards and regulations of safety in construction.

Students of the Central are expecting

As expected, IEC Quang Ngai will hold the Opening Ceremony and put into work in May 2019. From November 1^st, IEC will begin enrollment for the new scholastic year 2019-2020.
