UKA launching new campus: Blue wave from Britain to Ha Long

On May 25th,  nearly 2,000 parents and students of Ha Long city (Quang Ninh) participated in the new campus launching event of UK Academy international bilingual school (UKA) with the theme “Blue wave from Britain to Ha Long”.

The event is the first greeting of UKA system to the city by the gulf to introduce its 5th campus placed in Ha Long. With the mission to spread the inspiration of knowledge, the spirit of liberal education and international integration, the event chose the interfering wave as a key image to express the combination between the elite values of Vietnamese education and the modern, creativity and colors from the UK.

Bringing a fresh and exciting atmosphere for the event is performances by UKA students with the topic “Where I shine my light”. Especially, the participation of singer Dong Nhi, singer Hoang Anh (The Voice Kid 2014), singer Hoang Ngoc (the gold bird of Quang Ninh province), singer Vu Thu An (Do Re Mi 2014) and magician Le Anh Dung brought an impressive and special music night.

UKA – where the talents shine

At the event, parents and students of Ha Long city had opportunities to explore the educational roadmap and philosophy, as well as training methods and outstanding curriculum of UKA to know better about an international education environment. The core programs, such as: Young Entrepreneur Program (JA); Cambridge Program; Music Program of LCM; NCUK Program; etc., gained interest of many parents.

In addition, representatives of the school also shared about the orientation of UKA system is to become a green, clean and friendly education ecosystem, which connects closely the school with parents and students.

Invested and built by Nguyen Hoang Group on a floor area of 20,769m2 and 2 blocks: 5 levels for inter-grades and 3 levels for preschool, UKA Ha Long has an open space with a sea view, creating the feeling of freshness and closeness to nature. In addition, the school has 2 swimming pools, 2 multi-purpose halls and separate kitchens for all grades.
