NHG teachers having innovative and creative teaching methods by information technology
On January 11th and 12th, the project “White pollution and our actions” by Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, teacher of iSchool Quang Tri won the 3rd prize at Vietnam Education Exchange – Creative innovation on information technology (IT).

Vietnam Education Exchange (E2VN) was annually jointly organized by Microsoft Vietnam with the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Education and Training, in order to promote creativity in teacher and learning through the application of information technology.
After more than two months of launching, the competition has attracted 832 creative projects of teachers from 45 provinces across the country. There were many fields of project content, such as: STEM; STEAM; teaching software design; reverse classroom; student projects on environmental protection; preserving national culture; etc.
With the topic “White pollution and our actions”, Ms. Duong Thi Thu Trang, teacher of iSchool Quang Tri excellently won the 3rd prize and left impression in the judges. This is a teaching project implemented on the foundation of knowledge in literature (speech, dissertation) integrated with biology, chemistry, music, art, IT, English and living values – skills, etc., helping students to solve practical problems related to the environment.

In addition to iSchool Quang Tri, NHG also had other 4 projects participating in this year Education Exchange:
- Project “I am not afraid of obesity” by Mr. Phan Hong Quan, teacher of UKA Binh Thanh.
- Project “The new life of trash” by Mr. Le Duy Trung and Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nhi, teachers of iSchool Quy Nhon.
- Project “Salty sensation” by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hong, teacher of iSchool Ha Tinh.
- Project “School in 4.0 age” by Ms. Diep Thi Bich Tuyen and Ms. Nguyen Hoang Nhi, teacher of iSchool Soc Trang.
In which, 3 projects of iSchool Quang Tri, iSchool Quy Nhon and UKA Binh Thanh excellently ranked in top 50 innovative projects, which best expressed the criteria of: collaboration – innovation – integration – students’ voice enhancement. The projects in top 50 were displayed in the 2020 Vietnam Education Exchange.

The 2020 Vietnam Education Exchange
At NHG, the teachers always make creative efforts every day to create meaningful and practical interdisciplinary learning projects, helping students not only develop comprehensive knowledge and skills, but also nurture their personality, teach them to cherish and promote the good moral values of the Vietnamese nation.
