The NHG system is committed to the goals of serving in education

On June 12th, Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) held a signing ceremony in which they delivered the 14th fiscal year’s goals with the participation of the group’s leaders, Board of Management of the Group’s office departments, Administrators of the university group and Administrators of K-12 group (from kindergarten to grade 12).

“Today's ceremony is a testament to commitment, seriousness and responsibility with goals that we have set to implement in the 14th fiscal year. “I wish all the representatives who receive the goals are always full of wisdom, ingenuity, good health, enthusiasm to lead their employees in joyfulness”, Ms. Hoang Nguyen Thu Thao, NHG’s CEO, shared.
 

Representatives of the Group’s leaders, Board of Management of the Group’s office departments, Administrators of university group and Administrators of K-12 group expressed determination, unanimity and unity with the goals in the 14th fiscal year.

In her speech at the ceremony, Ms. Hoang Nguyen Thu Thao, NHG’s CEO, called for the solidarity, consensus and cooperation of each NHG’s family member on the pathway of pursuing their educational mission..

Serving the Vietnamese education

At the ceremony, the member units of NHG’s educational system signed and received the 14th fiscal year goals including performance and efficiency growth targets. In addition to revenue figures or enrollment targets, the ceremony also showed determination, a consistent and righteous view of the system's development roadmap, together with social responsibility and mission to serve the Vietnamese education.

Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, NHG’s Chairman, shared: “The target figures are just a relative measure of where we are going. I believe that all of us will reach our destination, even earlier than expected. People tend to have 'inertia', often break and not respect commitments. All of us who signed and received goals today should try to respect our commitments, even go beyond it to achieve our goals. The goals, promised today, will make a positive contribution to the development of Vietnamese education in the present and also in the future. That is the purpose of the ceremony today”.

Representatives of the Group’s leaders, Board of Management of the Group’s office departments, Administrators of university group and Administrators of K-12 group took a souvenir photo at the "Knowledge Ship" building of Hong Bang International University - the symbol of the mission to seek and conquer the ocean of knowledge, is also a milestone, a mark in NHG's 21-year development journey.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Thai Ba Can, Deputy CEO of NHG, gave the opening speech.

To pursue and fulfill those goals, “we cannot have good teachers if we pay low salaries. We need to reinvest in better facilities, open more campuses, sponsor more prestigious scholarships for good students everywhere. We will have to fund foundations and institutes to promote scientific research, complementing our expertise to create high educational values, for higher academic content in our teaching. Our system in the next 15 years may not split any money. The schools make profit for themselves, even grow bigger and have more opportunities to serve in education. Once again, what does Nguyen Hoang  do  education for? The answer is that Nguyen Hoang is born to work for education and education only, now and forever”, Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, NHG’s Chairman, shared.

Beyond the figures

In the opening speech of the ceremony, Assoc.Prof. Dr. Thai Ba Can, Deputy CEO of NHG, affirmed that the action plan and financial plan are the management documents that any leader should have in order to lead his unit. “This is extremely important and necessary, as this year, the Group will particularly pay more attention to it. Despite the disruption due to the Covid epidemic, after today, the units will quickly embark on the commitments made in the signed documents”, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Thai Ba Can stated.

Administrators of K-12 system at the ceremony, including: Saigon Academy International Kindergarten; iSchool International Integration School; UK Academy International Bilingual School; International Schools of North America; IEC International Education City, etc.

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dien, President of Hoa Sen University, shared at the ceremony.

Demonstrating professionalism in administration systems and transparency in financial management, “we will promote creativity in how we do things, accelerate in pace and focus on systematization, sustainability to achieve the desired goals; together, we will maximize the advantages of the education ecosystem and the nature of private school systems”, said Assoc.Prof.Dr. Vo Tri Hao, Director of NHG’s University Department.

Mr. Pham Huu Binh, MA, Principal of iSchool International Integration School, Nha Trang campus, representing the K-12 system, said: “We express our pride and honor for the development of NHG in recent years. With joy and pride, we believe that from the spirit of responsibility and encouragement of the Group's leaders, we will successfully complete the assigned tasks.

On behalf of the university group, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dien, President of Hoa Sen University, said that NHG's educational system from kindergarten to doctorate expresses the social responsibility and ambition of the Group. “Through our activities, the Group is contributing to building the society in which each individual has opportunities to maximise their abilities and talents, and to dedicate themselves to the development of society and community”, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Dien shared.

Dr. Do Manh Cuong, Deputy CEO of NHG (middle), signed and assigned the 14th fiscal year goals to Mr. Huynh Van Tiet, MA, Principal of iSchool International Intergration School, Saigon South campus.

Ms. Hoang Nguyen Thu Thao, CEO, gave the 14th fiscal year goals to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, Director of NHG’s International K-12 Department.

Mr. Pham Nghi, MA, Vice Principal of International Education City - IEC Quang Ngai received the goals of 14th fiscal year.

Board of Directors of four universities in the system, including: Hoa Sen University, Hong Bang International University, Ba Ria - Vung Tau University, Gia Dinh University received the 14th fiscal year goals.

Directors of the Group's office departments received the 14th fiscal year goals. In which, the boards have the function of supporting and supervising the administrators to perform the leadership and administration duties.

BRANDING & COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT
