Sterling Partners Education Opportunity Fund (USA) collaborating with NHG

On November 11^th, representatives of Sterling Partners Education Opportunity Fund based in Chicago, USA visited and worked with Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG) leaders at the NHG office.

The firm started investing in companies with capital raised from friends and family. With early success, the founders of the firm started raising institutional funds in 2000. Sterling’s institutional fund practice focused primarily on control investments in founder-run, middle market companies in many industries, in which education is also the main sector.

Sterling focuses on creating a well-planned path for students to enter universities as well as paving the way for success in their careers and future.

At the meeting, Mr. Pham Tien Thinh, director of Information technology department, NHG presented about the NHG education system. Mr. David Hooser, representative of Sterling Partners Education Opportunity Fund expressed his appreciation when cooperating with NHG, the largest educational corporation in Vietnam with a comprehensive ecosystem from kindergarten to PhD.

Mr. David Hooser and Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet, NHG chairman also discussed to align the cooperation with the following contents: bringing a top-ranking university and a prestigious K-12 boarding school of USA to operate in International Education City - IEC; enrolling international students for the NHG education system, or for 2 + 2, 3 + 2 (Vietnam - USA) university program; investing and providing to build English centers that meet international standards.

Thanks to this cooperation, NHG can welcome more international students while NHG students can have more choices about the international programs.
