In the morning of 20/12/2016, at the University of Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the signing ceremony of the agreement on training cooperation and the dispatch of Japanese teaching experts was celebrated between Ba Ria - Vung Tau University Japan Foundation for Cultural Exchange and Tokyo Gas Group.
